Common issues

1.1 Open ID Federated Login not activated for your domain (Affects Google Apps - Premier edition)
For Google Apps Premier edition domains, the domain administrator may not have enabled OpenID single sign-on authentication for your domain. This prevents the user of the domain to use their Google Apps account to sign-on to Socialwok. 

Common error seen:
Solution:
A) Contact the Google Apps domain administrator for your domain and follow steps B-E
B) Login into your Google Apps Control panel for the domain administrator account. Click Advanced Tools > Federated Login using OpenID

C) Checkbox the option Setup OpenID Provider and save. Try to login to your domain using Socialwok.

1.2 Google Oauth Permissions timeout or missing;  User cannot attach Google Apps (Document, Calendar,etc) or access Google Contacts
For Google Apps users and Google Gmail account users, the Google Oauth Permissions may have timeout or missing in your current session. 
Hence, Socialwok is unable to access your Google Docs, Google Calendar and other Google services that require authentication. 

Common error seen:
i) When trying to attach existing Google Docs to an update, the list of your Google Docs shown is empty.
i) When trying to create a new Google Docs to an update, the Google Document does not appear with the update when the message is posted.

Solution:
User just needs to reauthorize Socialwok to access his Google services. 
A) Click Settings (top right of the screen) > Services

B) There will be a pop-up provided by Google. Please ensure that your web browser has pop-ups enabled. Once the authorization is provided, 
reload your web page where the error happened.
